Aggressor Fleet

Push away all the tension, anxiety and just go for a adventure. You can choose Cocos island which is 342 miles off Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. You will see countless white-tip sharks, schooling hammerheads, mantas,tuna and even whale sharks. In 1997 UNESCO designate Cocos Island National Park as a World Heritage site. After taking permission you can hike through the jungles of Cocos and swim in many waterfalls. If you go for ten-day trip you can enjoy seven days of diving.

Okeanos Aggressor

You will have to take a air-conditioned bus ride for two-hour to Puntarenas and to fly to San Jose. During the journey you will see some of Costa Rica’s most beautiful views. It will take 32 hours to reach Cocos Island. For going San Jose you can choose airlines fly among Iberia, American, Delta, United, Lacas and US airways. There is a daily airlines service of Iberia flight. By this flight you will go to Madrid and then Spain to San Jose. In San Jose you will need to stay for a night due to a airline schedules. You will meet crew member in uniform at the Holiday Inn – Escazu and Indigo Hotel (host hotels) on the day of departure at a pre-set time for group transfer. After boarding the yatch will departs for its crossing Cocos Island. The Okeanos Aggressor will take you to some of the sites which you will enjoy very much and here are some of the site’s introduction:

Bird Island, Chatham Bay

You will discover a variety of marine life including lobsters, rays, morays, frog fish, hammerheads and white tip sharks. You will find a cleaning station in this site.

Alcyone

This is one of the top sites you will visit. It is a 600 long submerged mountain and the top of the mountain is 75 from the surface. Schooling Hammerheads, Mantas and schooling fish. Possible Sailfish or Marlin.

Manuelita

In this site you will find lots of white tips, marble rays and schools of creoles.

Big Dos Amigos

In this site you will find Bigeye Jacks,Yellowtail Snapper,Rainbow Runners, and lobster. You will also see Hammerheads swim between the pinnacle and arch. This islet features a 45-foot-high arch and 60-foot pinnacle off the southeast side.

Not only these sites but also you will get the opportunity to visit Ubing Rock, Wafer Bay, Lone Stone, Dirty Rock.

Okeanos Aggressor

This yacht is registered with a Costa Rican flag. It is built to LIoyd’s Registry and American Bureau of shipping Standards including International Load Line Certificate. It also has the appropriate licenses for crew. The Okeanos Aggressor has been an Aggressor Fleet destination since 1988.You will find Quad Cabin and Deluxe Cabin with all the elements you need to spend your trip comfortably. This yacht has two scuba air compressors with cascade storage, water-maker with ample storage, two or more generators, 110-208 ac voltage, each capable of supplying the yachts needs independently, Nitrox membrane system  with cascade storage, Twin diesel engines, one to three support dinghies with outboard motors for shore excursions and scuba diving. It also has Computer station with email access via satellite, Multiple VHF radios, Satellite Phone, Long  Range Single Side Band Radio. You do not think about any danger as the yacht has safety equipment such as Manual Fire extinguishers and Fire Fighting Equipment,D.A.N. In this yacht you will find a partially covered sun deck where you can take sun bath and on the deck you will find CD Stereo player, hot tub, complete wet bar,Large swim platform with (2) warm freshwater showers, fin storage and (2) water exit ladders, Full-service galley, freezer, and refrigerator storage and BBQ grill area.

Captain and Crews:

You will meet the experienced captain ALBERTO (BETO) who is a TDI dive instructor and an avid diver and u/w videographer. He is very friendly and will love to take your photo. You will meet Miguel Marin Cajina who is working as an engineer on the sea for the last 10 years, Xavier Lobo Reyes who is working as a panga driver onboard, Douglas Sequeira who is either the chief assistant, steward or the head chef,Luis OriasL who has been working as a panga driver and as an engineer on the Okeanos Aggressor, Anibal Morales who is a Padi Divemaster, panga driver and fearless Captain when Beto is off. All the stuff are so friendly that you will enjoy to spend time with them.

When you will finish a full seven days od diving, the Okeanos Aggresor will take you back to the dock in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. You will have to check-out Tuesday morning at 7:30 am. At the end of the charter you will go to the host hotels or San Jose (SJO) airport from the yacht and will take the flights after 12:30.
